As the Head of DEI, you will be the architect and leader of the strategy, programs, and processes we need to bring this culture of inclusion to life. You will also be a trusted partner for our senior leadership team, providing guidance and accountability that will help Auth0 lead the industry in products, services, and culture.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop, deliver, and manage strategic programs, initiatives, and events in support of our DEI strategy (Workforce, Workplace & Marketplace) to provide positive, sustainable impact on our business and our stakeholders – which include employees, consultants, and clients alike.
  • Serve as an internal Diversity Consultant to key Regional & Executive leaders, lead and support initiatives, and best practices in the DEI arena.
  • Lead as a passionate Advocate for Auth0. Represent, communicate, and drive our marketplace strategy with the goal of leveraging our DEI efforts to create business opportunities with our customers.
  • Align with the Board of Directors and Senior Leadership Team on measurable DEI goals, then track and measure progress to maximize the ROI of our DEI efforts and incorporate what we learn into our evolving organizational culture and strategy.
  • Work with the Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition to develop diversity recruitment tools to directly identify and attract diverse talent. Help train and prepare leaders of people to interview, hire, onboard, and lead in ways that increase the retention and success of new employees, in alignment with our DEI goals.
  • Identify and implement ways to integrate DEI goals with employee engagement and professional development programs in order to increase the effectiveness of these programs and in support of DEI goals.
  • Guide our Employee Resource Groups to help them better meet the needs of our employees in fostering an inclusive environment and remain aligned with our business goals.
  • Establish and manage external partnerships with key strategic diversity organizations and make informed recommendations on organizations that help increase our brand within these communities.
  • Partner with internal and external communications to ensure alignment with DEI goals and overall values and mission.
  • Explore and act on opportunities to build relationships between our employees and the communities in which we live and work.
  • Stay informed of and contribute to industry learnings, practices, and trends related to DEI goals, integrating with Auth0 programs as needed to increase effectiveness and success. 
  • Enhance our authentic and innovative culture across all departments​ to continuously improve inclusion and belonging practices and programs.

What You Will Bring:

  • 8+ years of HR, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion experience.
  • Knowledge of and experience with needs assessment, strategy, coalition building, and implementation of creative approaches.
  • Successful experience working closely with senior-level leaders.
  • Excellence in public speaking and presentation.
  • Strong focus on metrics and measuring success.
  • Education background in HR, Social Sciences is preferred.
  • Personal alignment with Auth0 values and philosophy.
  • Some travel will be required (US and International).
