Who We’re Looking For:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 years experience working with HR processes and policies, and 2 years experience working in an administrative role. You’ll be a great fit for this role if you’re a creative problem solver, self-motivated and extremely organized. 


What You’ll Do With Us: 

  • Assist with the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, posting job descriptions, performing reference checks and assisting with screening calls
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand candidate profiles and department needs
  • Assist with internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
  • Maintain digital copies of employee records and ensure HRIS system is up to date 
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, and HR events
  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars
  • Assist with ad-hoc HR projects.
  • Support other assigned functions.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR and recruiting trends and best practices.

 

What You’ve Done Before:

  • 1+ years working as an HR or Recruiting Coordinator, HR or Recruiting  assistant or related role, with a focus on recruiting 
  • 2+ years as an Administrative Assistant or Coordinator
  • Developed understanding of the full cycle recruitment process
  • Comfortable working with Gsuite 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exposure to and understanding of employment and recruiting laws and best practices
  • Experience with BambooHR a huge plus
