About the role:

As a Limeade People Team Business Partner, you will work within a small team of experts to directly impact the well-being and experience of Limeade employees. You will be responsible for providing strategic people consulting to all functions, aligning people strategies to the business key objectives.  You will help leadership drive organizational effectiveness by providing guidance for leaders and employees in a variety of areas including metrics driven analysis, workforce planning, talent development, employee relations, performance management, and policy & regulatory compliance. You must be able to cultivate, build and maintain strong working relationships with the internal People team and assigned business leaders to collaborate on department or team initiatives. Additionally, you will work with People Team leadership on key initiatives and projects relative to integration, change management and implementation of best practices.


Responsibilities:  

  • Recognized as a trusted advisor to functional leaders by understanding organization priorities, sharing feedback, mentoring for leadership and team effectiveness, and influencing desired people and organizational outcomes.
  • Works with leaders to identify and address root causes of organizational issues that have an impact on business strategy.
  • Builds effective relationships with key partners across Limeade to improve the communication and identification of issues and priorities.
  • Owns, leads and facilitates core people processes to achieve desired organizational outcomes.
  • Annual performance management process and development of manager capability to set clear performance goals, assesses performance and effectively give feedback to foster high performance.
  • Talent management including identification of critical roles, talent assessment, succession planning.
  • Retention risk assessment and planning.
  • Identify, manage, and respond to complex employee relations issues with coaching for management and employees. Provide guidance on problem resolution, aligned with legal and organizational policies and regulations (employee terminations, policy interpretation, interpersonal conflict).
  • Provide change management consulting to improve organizational effectiveness
  • Provide ongoing support to ensure execution of key HR processes and policies.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation to ensure compliance while fostering a workplace environment consistent with Limeade values and goals.
  • Analyze HR metrics, identify themes and prepare recommendations to inform decisions around talent strategies


Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience embracing challenges, wanting to be part of the solution and have a positive impact on others
  • Comfortable performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day operational activities.
  • Capable project manager with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources required, Master’s preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, leadership coaching and employee relations
  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification preferred, but not required
