Logixboard is a cloud-based platform transforming how the $2 trillion freight forwarding industry operates. Firms currently use paper, spreadsheets, and email to track their customers' shipments and provide shippers visibility. They are burdened by low-tech, hard-to-use solutions that are inefficient and costly.

Our platform integrates with existing back-office applications and serves as a digital customer engagement layer, empowering freight forwarders to do their work more efficiently. Our customers love our platform, and we're facing tremendous growth this year. Logixboard is a recent graduate of Techstars Seattle and is looking to expand our team.

Logixboard is funded by leading early-stage investors like Social Leverage, F-Prime & Founders Co-op, and is based in Seattle, WA.

We are looking for a People (HR) Ops Specialist to provide support for a wide range of people processes and partner with the rest of the People team to implement people first initiatives.  This is an awesome opportunity for someone looking to build a strong foundation in core People Ops and have a direct impact on a growing team and organization!

You Will:

  • Become the “go-to”  -- by owning the day-to-day admin tasks related to people processes and partner with the Recruiting & IT teams to make sure every employee is set up for success and ready to go for Day 1
  • Know your way around HR Tech -- be our people systems specialist, maintain employee data, create and run reports, perform audits, and keep us up-to-date on new features
  • Have all the answers …or at least know where to get them -- be the first point of contact for employees that have questions regarding policies, benefits, and other People related topics
  • Stay ahead of the game -- partner with the People Ops Manager to stay on top of upcoming legislation that may impact operations, as well as ensuring we follow all federal, state, and local laws and regulations in the US and abroad
  • Be impactful -- provide support with the development and implementation of people initiatives that drives employee engagement and enhances their experience

We are looking for:

  • A people person, with 3-5 years of experience in a HR role
  • General knowledge of HR processes, including onboarding, benefits admin, and policy creation 
  • Understanding of federal, state, and local HR regulations and employment law
  • Experience with HRIS and other people systems
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and G-Suite 
  • Excellent organizational skills, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
