Job Description

The person in this role has designated stakeholders he/she is supporting in all People related matters while they are also responsible for leading projects that should boost organizational efficiency and solve challenges that are set as a priority in their designated area of the organization (region, product or segment). 

The main purpose of this role is to contribute to the achievement of organizational efficiency through direct, fully independent management and development of multiple People Ops sub functions. 

People Operations Business Partner hold overall accountability to drive retention, engagement, growth, workflow efficiency, performance management and culture programs. They are also focused on project development, delivery of results as per identified milestones while at the same time efficiently leading project teams. With a high-level overview of the organization, project details and results, their purpose is to cascade and implement new processes and programs which sets high level of responsibility for development actions in their dedicated People team. 

What will you do at Infobip? 

Main tasks & responsibilities: 

  • Independent provision of professional / partner support in the field of People Operations for a specific business vertical and / or region.
  • Creates and maintains partnerships with business and provides support in the field of People Operations in accordance with the company's strategy. 
  • Coordinates and reports on all activities carried out for the needs of the organizational unit and / or region it covers (selection, induction). 
  • Closely cooperates with other organizational units within the function to offer the best solutions.
  • Closely cooperates with all key stakeholders in the organization for which this role is responsible in the area of ​​employee retention, engagement, organizational efficiency.
  • Identifies and addresses problems and challenges in achieving the efficiency of the organization for which he is responsible.
  • Coordinates and facilitates annual employee appraisal meetings and provides support to management in assessing talent and potential.
  • Uses data analysis to track key human capital challenges and uses data in running a business in making informed decisions.
  • Performing other tasks in the field of People Operations by order of the immediate supervisor. 

Qualifications

Required qualifications: 

  • 5+ years of experience working as a Business Partner with performance management, employee engagement, recruitment, learning and development, and other People processes 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills that enable you to form effective working relationships with people at all levels 
  • Ability to partner with more than one stakeholder internationally 
  • Flexibility and willingness to challenge and change the organizational culture where necessary and to challenge the status quo 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to details 
  • Experienced in taking initiative and proactively seeking creative solutions 
  • Strategic and innovative mindset with strong problem-solving skills 
  • Professional proficiency in English 

Nice to have qualifications: 

  • Experience working within Agile framework and methodologies 
  • Experience working in large and fast-growing environment
