The Senior Manger, Compensation will partner with senior leaders and the broader business to establish and reinforce Convoy's compensation philosophy and processes. This role will oversee data analysis, benchmarking and structuring of our compensation requirements, and will be seen as a true cross-functional partner within the business. You will: 

  • Own the inputs, outputs, organization, reporting, and quality of the Compensation system.
  • Oversee salary review cycles and ensure we have clearly defined processes communicated to all stakeholders.
  • Resolve high priority issues rapidly and drive root cause and long term fixes.

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • 5+ years of experience in Compensation and Program Management or equivalent role (candidates with substantially more experience are strongly encouraged to apply).
  • Demonstrated experience with launching new programs and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of data analysis and structure. 
  • Ability to break down high level People issues into concrete solutions.
  • Excellent communicator that can flow across a wide range of partners and influence leadership (product, engineering, human resources, sales, etc).
  • Excellent writing skills.

Nice to haves:

  • Highly analytical background.
  • Workday HRIS experience 
  • Experience managing sensitive people data/information.

Pay & Benefits:

The salary for this role in the state of Washington is between $127,880.00 and $185,430.00 . This range may depend on factors including but not limited to applicant’s location, skills, prior relevant experience, and leveling. Hired applicant is also eligible to receive equity grants in the form of either a direct grant of stock or an option to purchase stock in the future for a specified price.
