Technical Recruiter

Mason is looking for a Technical Recruiter to help us scale our engineering teams on both the software and hardware side of the house. This position is critical for our next phase of growth and will work with executives, managers, and employees across Mason.

What you’ll work on:
- Partnering closely with hiring managers across several teams to fill key roles with complex “must haves”.
- Help to increase brand awareness through successful sourcing efforts and posting strategies.
- Analyzing funnel metrics and key ratios that support the best candidate experience.
- Help evolve our interviewer best practices.
- And more!
What you bring to the table:
- 5+ years of experience recruiting; 2+ years specific to technical recruiting.
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for highly technical roles.
- Proficiency pulling reports from various sources, including an application tracking system (we use Lever).
- A sense of humor when things are insane.
- Proficiency with G-Suite.
Bonus points for:
- Experience recruiting for software AND hardware roles.
- A mix of in-house and agency experience.
- Exposure to or experience with HR core fundamentals.
- Strong opinions on snack food.
