What you can expect 

• Central contact point between client and team , coordinating digital projects in the area of digital campaigning, social media, website and branding 
• Operational support in planning, calculation, coordination and monitoring of projects   
• Supporting activities in the operational and strategic consulting of defined customers as well as support for your own, smaller customer accounts 
• Support in planning and control of resources and budgets to ensure quality and timing 
• Preparation and support for kick-off meetings, client presentations and workshops 
• Work independently and autonomously as part of an interdisciplinary project team (account management, strategy, creation, development and client) 

What we'd love to see 

• You ideally have a degree in economics or communication science or a comparable qualification  
• Some initial agency experience, ideally with a focus on online project or account management (e.g. acquired during your studies)   
• Understanding of business administration, you can work on your own initiative and a  solution-oriented mindset and approach 
• A highly structured and self-reliant way of working combined with an approachable and authentic demeanour 
• Very good and efficient time management skills with high standards of quality 
• You are a team player and have good communication skills when interacting with colleagues and customers 
• Fluent German language skills are required, good English is an advantage
