In order to advance our mission to – “Enable Personalized Care for Every Cancer Patient,” we are seeking candidates for the following role:


Job Summary:

Navigating Cancer is building a high-performing and experienced Clinical Research Team to support research initiatives related to our Digital Monitoring and Care Management software. In this exciting new role, you will be responsible for all aspects of clinical trials at Navigating Cancer, from conception, execution, completion, and publication. You will work with various stakeholders both inside and outside the organization to execute on successful clinical trials.


Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the daily management of all activities related to successful completion of clinical trials (study start-up, enrollment, execution and close-out)
  • Organize all communications and manage the ongoing activities of the trial, including but not limited to coordination with investigational study sites, their research staff, and primary investigators
  • Project manage all activities associated with the clinical trials
  • Responsible for site feasibility assessments, pre-trial assessments, site initiation, subject recruitment and retention, monitoring and close-out of clinical activities
  • Responsible for the quality control of the data collected by department personnel
  • Responsible to ensure real time quality control is executed on each study
  • Ensures that company SOPs, Work Instructions, FDA Regulations and ICH/GCP Guidelines are understood and explicitly followed by all personnel
  • Responsible to meet the agreed upon deliverables as outlined in the study plan
  • Responsible for leading studies as appropriate. Supports the team in overall conduct of the trials
  • Proactively identifying potential study issues and / or risks, providing recommendations, and implementing solutions
  • Responsible for staff schedule and to ensure that there is adequate coverage
  • Oversees protocol regulations and compliance training and ensures that training is up-to-date
  • Responsible to lead regularly scheduled meetings, both internal and external

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in a clinical research capacity
  • Certified clinical research experience with understanding of all aspects of clinical trial execution
  • Thorough knowledge of HIPAA, GCP and FDA Guidelines
  • Excellent conceptual, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent leadership, motivational and interpersonal skill set
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, and willingness to take on new challenges and tasks that you are unfamiliar with
