In this important role, reporting directly to the Vice President of Channel Sales, you will be responsible for running the ExtraHop channel program and leading channel operations that enable both our Partners and internal channel and field sales teams to accelerate our business.  We are making it easier for our Partners do business with ExtraHop during a period of rapid growth, and you will be at the center of that.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the ExtraHop partner program and strategy that drives profitable engagement from a variety of channel partners
  • Act as the channel operations lead for the operational framework to track partner engagement, lead generation, program tiers, and compliance within the ExtraHop partner program
  • Develop the partner lifecycle and engagement model during each stage
  • Gather data ongoing to effectively measure program and partner effectiveness – identifying improvements on metrics such as partner-initiated opportunities and time to revenue (TTR)
  • Engage with select partners and channel sales managers to build customized sales programs and incentives
  • Effectively communicate and execute cross-functionally with sales, pre-sales engineering, support, product management, finance and legal to build business alignment around channel sales goals and initiatives
  • Work closely with our sales enablement and partner marketing teams to build outstanding partner enablement, communications and engagement plans
  • Identify programs and recruitment vehicles for new markets and partner types
  • Create and manage the process for onboarding new partners globally -- including working with legal on agreements and digital signature process for direct, indirect, referral and distribution partners

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years working with channel partners and managing partner programs - specifically in security, networking, software and/or enterprise technologies
  • Self-starter and able to create structure out of ideas and concepts -- with outstanding follow through
  • Positive, infectious attitude that instills confidence in partners and ExtraHop teams
  • Experience with partner on-boarding, creating partner agreements, reporting, marketing, and partner enablement.
  • Experience communicating at various levels from field sales to partner alliances to executive level 
  • Well organized and accountable 
  • Goal-oriented with an ability to create new processes to alleviate backlogs, delays and high-touch activities internally and externally
