We're looking for our next Mason! This person will join our close-knit Fulfillment Center team as a Fulfillment Associate. We need someone who is passionate about getting our Mason products into the hands of our customers. We strive to delight our customers and this role is pivotal to the organization’s success. As part of our Fulfillment Center team you will get to work with innovative technology companies and help launch and support their next generation products.

What you’ll work on:
- Picking and packing orders daily
- Support inbound and outbound shipments (receiving, stowing, palletizing cargo, and interacting with forwarders)
- Ensure inventory accuracy
- Flashing new operating system and applications on mobile devices
- Kitting mobile devices with accessories
- Performing incoming and outgoing quality checks
- Coaching and training temporary workers and new hires
- Work within or exceed operational goals and metrics
- Follow standard operating procedures
- Following an order queue
What you bring to the table:

- Basic computer proficiency
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs with or without reasonable accommodations
- Willing and able to operate powered equipment like a forklift or cherry picker

- Prior experience with common inventory management software
- Prior experience with Google Workspace tools

- Prior experience with Windows command line, MacOS and Linux shell terminals
