The Manager, Global Tax - Reporting and Compliance will work directly with the Senior Director, Global Tax to design, build, scale, and maintain Auth0’s global income tax reporting and compliance function. This is an opportunity for the ideal candidate to be one of the early members of our tax department and have a significant impact on its development. The ideal candidate should be proficient in most areas of income tax reporting and compliance encountered by multinational technology corporations.

Job location: We are a Remote friendly culture but strong preference will be given to those candidates that have ability to occasionally work in the Bellevue, WA Office .

What You Will Do:

• Assist with the preparation or review of Auth0’s quarterly and annual income tax provision calculations and the related financial statement disclosures.
• Assist with managing domestic and international income tax return compliance, including coordination with our outside service providers.
• Assist with transfer pricing documentation and policies.
• Lead efforts to model the tax impacts of tax law changes and organizational actions contemplated by Management.
• Manage income tax audits and notices, communicate with auditors and provide requested information.
• Provide analysis and prepare or review work papers related to FIN 48 reserves.
• Assist with preparation of the Company’s income tax documentation and processes.
• Assist on special tax projects as they arise.
• Provide tax advice with respect to corporate income tax issues.
• Stay current on income tax issues impacting the Company.

Experience/Skills Preferred:

• 5 years of corporate global tax reporting and compliance experience.
• Previous work in a public accounting firm and/or corporate global tax department.
• Solid experience with multinational corporations.
• Strong understanding of accounting for income tax provisions under ASC 740.
• Experience with federal, state, and international income tax concepts.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Experience with Alteryx.
• Experience with OneSource Tax Provision.
• Experience with Netsuite.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills

Experience/Skills Required:

• BA/BS degree in accounting, finance or similar discipline.
• J.D., Masters in Tax, and/or CPA strongly preferred.
