This role is based full-time Kirkland, and we are happy to help new folks relocate to this tech-savvy city.

A Look Inside the Role:

This supply chain analyst will be the data guardian of Wyze’s ever-evolving supply chain and is responsible for extracting intelligence from sophisticated datasets to facilitate key supply chain decisions. This supply chain analyst will be intensively involved in supply chain data work, establish data extraction and manipulation processes, and build business analytical models to support a multitude of analytical tasks, from demand forecast, S&OP planning, network analysis, inventory placement, order management, and supply chain economic analysis. This role is expected to have a solid understanding of supply chain executions, and occasionally the supply chain analyst will need to support supply chain execution tasks, including but not limited to: channel partner order fulfillment, 3PL invoice auditing, inventory management, and reconciliation. This role will be essential to Wyze’s continued supply chain optimization effort and business health.

You Already Have These Qualifications and Love What You Do:

• Four-year degree in operations, supply chain, logistics, engineering, mathematics, statistics, or other related, quantitative field.
• 1-2 years of experience in data management, demand planning, forecasting, and supply chain analysis in the consumer industry.
• Knowledge of supply chain operations, e-commerce, and retail, preferably in a tech-related industry or consumer industry.
• Think critically, have a strong business sense, and passion for data analysis.
• Proficient in manipulating and conducting analysis with datasets, as well as developing meaningful summaries to facilitate the decision-making process.
• Able to execute sales and operations planning model that incorporates demand forecast and supply to drive inventory planning decisions (e.g. reorder point and reorder quantity) with the goal to achieve high in-stock and efficient inventory turns.
• Conduct various forecasts and analyses, including but not limited to: NPI product demand forecast, seasonal, peak, and long-term demand/capacity forecast, supply chain network, transportation economic analysis, etc.
• Develop metrics to track forecast and planning accuracy and drive closed-loop improvements.
• Own the supply chain operation data collection, cleaning, formatting, and maintenance into the database and future BI systems.
• Able to operate in ERP and related internal and external systems on operation and data management functions.
• Work with the internal and external teams to maintain supply chain dashboards and regular operation reporting framework.
• Strong communicator and able to coordinate among multiple parties both internally and externally.
• Detailed-oriented with excellent organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and ability to meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Result-driven, self-motivated, and at your best in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Comfortable in dealing with ambiguity and stressful business situations.

And Even Better if the Following Applies to You:

• Experience in technology and/or startups. Familiarity with E-Commerce, IoT technology, and/or electronics manufacturing industries highly desired.
• Experience in working with multiple teams to advance projects.
• Experience with database design, development, and management.
• Experience in business analytics and data analysis using SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau.
