Please note that no matter where you are located, all employees should be available during our core working hours from 10 am to 4 pm PT Monday through Friday.

Your role and impact

 

98point6 is looking for a results-driven Senior Manager to lead new strategic partnership implementations and direct daily clinical operations. You will be instrumental in the planning and implementation of physician and patient support workflows to expand the scope of our clinical care ecosystem and operationalize strategies to close gaps in care in a virtual healthcare environment. You’ll oversee the Patient Support and Case Management teams and operations of a fast-paced virtual health clinic, while ensuring our services are provided in accordance with 98point6 policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements. You’ll also be instrumental in scaling the clinical services operations nationwide for our 24/7 on demand clinic.

 

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Medical team leadership, Patient Support, Member Support, Clinical Integration and Partnership, Product, Implementation and Legal to plan the development of scalable programs and operationalize clinical strategies in support of company priorities
  • Partner with Clinic leadership and Commercial in customer-facing discussions and workflow negotiations, representing the capabilities and needs of the Clinic
  • Responsible for the initial discovery and planning phases of new strategic partner initiatives and operational readiness phases that lead to a successful launch
  • Lead the creation of artifacts, such as clinical workflow designs, clinical resource maps, launch plans, stakeholder messaging and activity tracking communications for varied stakeholders
  • Provide leadership and direction for Patient Support and Case Management teams and new commercial partnerships to provide a best in class service for internal and external customers
  • Ensure oversight over best practices, operational efficiencies and compliance for electronic provider order entry, such as labs and prescriptions, patient follow up, care coordination, prior authorizations, patient service recovery and state reporting
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of industry standards and regulations and ensure the clinic’s adherence
  • Development and management of operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
  • Direct and manage the performance of the patient support, case management and clinic readiness teams by providing coaching and timely feedback to promote professional growth and team satisfaction

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in practice operations, administration or program management
  • Minimum 35 years of experience in a primary care or outpatient clinic setting
  • Experience with business development and team management preferred
  • Experience with EHRs/ EMRs preferred
  • MHA or equivalent degree preferred
  • Succinct and professional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Superior attention to detail
