Job Description

As our client’s business continues to grow and scale, we are building and running privacy processes and compliance services to protect customer data across the organization. Our team is driving data privacy readiness, leading special projects, sharing thought leadership, and reducing manual effort in current operations by identifying and implementing streamlined solutions.

As part of this effort, we are seeking a Project Manager with experience to help guide and structure the initiative’s formal data privacy learning program. From organizing the learning program and delineating the process to communicating goals and providing oversight, this role offers the opportunity to prioritize engagement efforts. When the big decisions are being made, you’ll have a seat at the table to contribute your unique perspective and ideas. When it’s time for the team to roll up their sleeves, you’ll put your talents to work while broadening your horizons and learning new skills.

About you

  • You are successful driving change and project results despite ambiguity and fluctuating requirements
  • You love to drive, inspire, and manage clients, leadership, and project teams
  • You enjoy ideating, planning, and managing events, ensuring each detail helps achieve the overall goal

  • You regularly prescribe and implement lean thinking and fast-track project management techniques
  • You have a track record of recommending and implementing improvements to projects and processes for clients

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of leadership and management at an enterprise-level consulting firm
  • Proficiency in MS Project and various PM tools (such as Jira or VSO)
  • Undergraduate degree in technology or business

We’d also be super-impressed if you have
