Responsibilities Include:

  • Responsible for the management of the entire development cycle from definition/scope through implementation. Perform all program management activities for each project: planning, identify key resources and stakeholders, facilitate estimate and schedule planning, drive project milestones, lead kickoff and weekly meetings, provide updates to internal and external stakeholders, document outcomes, follow through on project retrospectives, etc
  • Act as primary point of contact for all stakeholders (internal and external) throughout the project lifecycle; communicate and collaborate across CSM, engineering, and product on decision and resolution 
  • Uncover and manage interdependencies and impacts across projects and teams during discovery / planning / scoping; coordinate execution alignment and cross-project issue escalation 
  • Monitor project progress continuously and own execution reporting to keep all team members accountable, and all key stakeholders informed 
  • Recommend re-prioritization and/or re-sequencing to accommodate delivery project workload in accordance with resource availability and roadmap changes; facility with critical path analysis 
  • Manage through influence, often without direct management authority, navigating sometimes divergent expectations 
  • Troubleshoot and solve technical and business-related implementation problems in real-time, and assign to other team members or escalate as appropriate 
  • Provide thought leadership when addressing technical customer challenges and/or program execution hurdles. Continuously improve and scale the broader organization 
  • Other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of industry experience facilitating engineering teams to deliver projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in process engineering and facilitation of all aspects of the software development lifecycle from planning to release in both agile and waterfall models
  • Experience work with engineering leadership to refine project management process to increase team efficiency and transparency including task and defect process management
  • Results driven, with a track record of ensuring software is delivered on time
  • Proven ability to manage release dependencies and deliverables to ensure coordination between multiple teams in a dynamic environment
  • Proven ability to manage project coordination and triage meetings to ensure efficient and repeatable decision making
  • Ability to manage risk assessment across multiple teams including technical areas where you are not a technical leader

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field 
  • Experience using Azure DevOps
