This role allows you to work from anywhere you choose across the U.S. (excluding U.S. territories), with the flexibility to work from the Seattle HQ office as often as you’d like.

 

Your role and impact

 

As a Business Development Representative you will play a key role in growing our business, specifically with health plans and health systems. You will work closely with our Sales team during each stage of the sales process from initial prospecting to creating proposals and contracts.

 

Responsibilities

  • Support the sales executives in identifying and developing new sales opportunities with health plans and health systems
  • Create and execute a multifaceted prospect and pipeline generation plan
  • Interact directly with prospects to provide a high-level overview of our offering
  • Filter qualified leads, setting up meetings and product demos
  • Analyze and identify business challenges and opportunities and make strategic and tactical recommendations to address them
  • Partner with the Marketing team to create and maintain various efforts to promote inbound prospect traffic, as well as moving current prospects through the sales funnel 

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in healthcare-related sales, partnerships or business development
  • Knowledge of health systems, payers, providers and government-related healthcare programs
  • Outstanding external and internal stakeholder engagement, communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business challenges
