As part of our world-class Sales Operations organization, the Sales Operations Analyst will be responsible for providing wide-ranging sales support for the Global Sales Team. Responsibilities:

  • Primary support for ExtraHop’s Worldwide Sales team. Responsible for assisting with Salesforce.com and sales tools, communicating best practices, and current processes through direct engagement with the field.
  • Gather and analyze sales data, review sales history to determine productivity and industry trends.
  • Assist with month-end and quarter-end close processes and prepare analysis on bookings, pipeline, and operational metrics.
  • Identify and lead projects, in collaboration with the Applications team, to optimize the Sales Team’s usage of Salesforce.com and other software tools
  • Resolve field issues and execute change requests related to lead routing, territory management, dashboards, tools access, and other items as needed.
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Support, Inside Sales, and Services to ensure smooth operation of the business and consistent achievement of operational plan and growth goals.
  • Assist with yearly and periodic sales planning activities, including collecting and cleansing/enriching account and prospect data, identifying account potential across segments and territories
  • Maintain data integrity of standard dashboards and reports
  • Monitor Salesforce data quality and run cleanup projects as necessary to ensure data integrity
  • Assist in quarter-end activities as needed

Qualifications:

  • 1-2+ years of sales analysis experience
  • 1-2+ years of experience with Salesforce.com.
  • Successful background in a role where effectively analyzing sales data and working with SalesForce.com is necessary to help drive sales effectiveness
  • Strong project management, planning, and organization skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with an ability to thrive in an environment where timeliness and accuracy are mandatory
  • Data-driven decision-making mentality and sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking
  • Extremely well organized, and able to facilitate cross-organizational collaboration to drive actionable and measurable results
  • Self-driven and out of the box thinking to be used to create pragmatic and innovative solutions to complex business problems
  • Great at navigating software tools with Superb MS Excel skills
  • Tableau experience a huge plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or similar field strongly preferred
