You will work cross-functionally to introduce Symbl to our partners. You help prospective customers and partners understand and access the power of the Symbl.ai platform, architecture, and design. You assist our partners in developing creative solutions that address their business challenges while solving any potential technical roadblocks. In this highly technical role you will work with cutting-edge technologies and powerful applications and platforms within Conversation Intelligence.

Your tech stack

• 5+ years of experience in Java, C#, Node.js, or Python development
• 5+ years of experience in JavaScript, WebSocket, WebRTC, HTML/CSS, and frontend frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular
• Experience designing and developing with REST APIs

• Good knowledge of the cloud application architecture (Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud or Microsoft Azure), IP Telephony, Contact Center.

• Good to have:

  • Working understanding of NLP/NLU.
  • Experience with audio technologies and related codecs: AAC, AC-3, H.264, HEVC.
  • Experience with mobile development for iOS and Android.
  • Familiarity with typical multimedia file formats like QuickTime Movie, MPEG-4, MPEG-TS.

What you’ll do

• Develop creative Conversation Intelligence solutions to solve prospects’ business challenges, and solve any potential technical roadblocks.
• Design and develop POC to fit business needs.
• Build new demos to demonstrate the value of the Symbl and partner’s technology to new prospects.
• Work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Maintain relationships across multiple internal functions and with mulitple clients (internal and external) and present technical opportunities in a consulting capacity.
• Actively seek out and apply knowledge of products, technologies, and business to build solutions to solve problems at scale.
• Independently break down coding projects into tasks and partner with all applicable teams and partners to meet pre-established goals.
• Act as a technical liaison between customers, product, partners, service engineering teams, and support.

• We are a distributed, remote-first team with centers of gravity in Seattle, Washington and Pune, India. Our intentions for a post-pandemic world are to operate on a flexible hybrid model.
• This role is geographically flexible with the hope (but not a requirement) that you will relocate to the Seattle area when it makes sense.
