Location: Remote US

Compensation Range: $160,000 to $175,000 base plus bonus and equity

What You’ll Do:

As the Senior Growth Manager, Integrated Campaigns, you will have the global responsibility of leading the planning, execution, and optimization of B2B brand amplifying and demand-generating integrated campaigns for Huntress’s products to targeted verticals/accounts. This role will be hyper-focused on driving demand in collaboration with the Product Marketing, Sales, and Brand & Creative teams. Together, you will develop and manage compelling multi-channel programs that attract new prospects, activate existing accounts, and accelerate qualified prospects toward a purchase.

Integrated Campaign Strategy, Execution & Measurement:

  • Concept, develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel programs that capture top, middle, and bottom-of-funnel prospects that you will accelerate through to qualified leads for Sales Development and to subsequent purchases for Sales
  • Demonstrate successful pipeline generation at scale by meticulously planning and tracking the return on program spend with the ability to pinpoint elements of success/failure quickly and then optimize for repeatable success
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Brand & Creative, and Security teams to bring demand-generation content and messaging for each stage of the funnel to market for owned products, verticals, and accounts
  • Manage and direct the development of demand-generating assets, such as virtual events/webinars, sales sequences, paid media ads, emails, landing pages, affiliate listings, and more, alongside internal creative and technical resources and managing external agencies where applicable
  • Optimize for target CPL, pipeline generation, and conversion rate by testing, learning, reporting, and analyzing campaigns on an ongoing basis to improve efficiency and quality of leads delivered to Sales

Budget Management & Cost Optimization:

  • Develop and manage campaign budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI for all integrated campaigns
  • Track and measure CPL for each channel and adhere to the target range for owned programs


  • Proven 6+ years of integrated campaign management experience with demonstrated success in high-growth companies
  • Proven track record of executing and measuring successful go-to-market strategies that drive interest and generate revenue
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining data accuracy and integrity
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
