Contract Senior Recruiter responsible for full-cycle recruiting across General Business and GTM functions. Partner with hiring managers and leaders to build sourcing strategies, develop candidate pipelines, manage interview processes, ensure strong candidate experience, close senior hires, and drive data-informed continuous improvement.

Lead and develop a global People Partners team, partner with business leaders on organizational design and workforce strategy, and drive talent management, performance, succession planning, and employee engagement. Advise on complex employee relations, multi-jurisdiction compliance, and M&A people integration. Promote AI-forward ways of working and use people analytics to inform decisions and improve organizational health.
