Owns growth and business performance for Remitly’s USA-to-Caribbean money-transfer corridors. Develops regional strategy, roadmaps, business cases, and customer insights while coordinating product, pricing, marketing, risk, fraud, analytics, engineering, and partner teams. Monitors market and competitor trends, drives launches, manages partner opportunities, and measures results against customer, transaction, revenue, and profitability KPIs.

Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery for Remitly’s transaction platform domain, including orchestration, transaction data, and eligibility limits. Partner with engineering and cross-functional teams to develop reusable platform capabilities, modernize legacy systems, improve reliability and automation, and balance customer and internal stakeholder needs. Serve as a technical product thought partner and independently build AI-enabled product prototypes spanning product, design, data, and code.

Own the Remitly Business product strategy, retention, customer payment volume, and revenue per business customer. Lead workflow capabilities including batch, scheduled, recurring payments, recipient management, approvals, reconciliation, exports, and integrations. Identify customer and market opportunities, use data and customer research to prioritize investments, build trust features, and ship within regulatory, legal, risk, and compliance constraints. This individual contributor role requires close partnership with executives and cross-functional teams.

Own the post-submit money transfer experience from submission through recipient delivery and the next transfer. Lead product vision, strategy, roadmap, customer communications, exception handling, recovery, retention, experimentation, and research across mobile, web, and messaging. Coordinate engineers, designers, analysts, payout operations, risk, compliance, support, and marketing while improving customer trust, reducing support contacts, and increasing repeat usage.

Own the vision, roadmap, business outcomes, and go-to-market strategy for Remitly’s AI-powered conversational experiences. Lead cross-functional teams to scale chat-based remittance journeys, launch integrations with platforms such as ChatGPT and Claude, optimize product-led growth funnels, and use research, experimentation, analytics, and AI quality metrics to improve conversion, retention, engagement, customer satisfaction, and cost-to-serve.
