The Product Development Manager will drive the new product development process for Shark's Home Environment category, ensuring projects are aligned with goals while mentoring junior staff and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Lead cross-functional new product development from concept to end-of-life for floorcare products. Manage scope, cost, schedule, risks, and stakeholder communication; use KPIs and data to drive decisions and ensure successful go-to-market execution.

Lead day-to-day product management for drinkware, owning product specs, consumer research, competitive analysis, and sales performance. Partner cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, testing, and quality to drive product improvements, testing procedures, and rollout. Prioritize roadmap decisions, recommend new opportunities, and act as category expert to maintain a 5-star consumer experience.
