Own portfolio delivery performance, experiment with new formats and AI-enabled workflows, and communicate priorities and risks to senior leaders while balancing speed, quality, learner value, and operational scalability.

Partner with the CPO to translate strategy into operating action, drive cross-functional execution, manage high-priority special projects, run product management rhythms, surface risks and dependencies, improve meeting and escalation discipline, and represent the CPO in internal forums to ensure alignment and delivery during reorganization.
