Lead a janitorial operations team (~25 staff) at a Class A commercial property. Manage client relationships, schedules, quality inspections, safety compliance, staffing, training, financials, reporting, and performance management to meet service standards and identify revenue opportunities.

Supervise custodial staff on a designated account/shift at public schools; manage schedules, coverage, lunches/breaks, and staffing levels. Perform coaching, discipline, safety and quality audits, basic admin/payroll/attendance tasks, maintain shift reports, liaise with clients and account managers, and patrol sites by walking/driving to ensure productivity and compliance.
