Supervise janitorial and porter staff at an assigned location, manage schedules and timekeeping, maintain client relationships, ensure cleaning quality and safety compliance, train employees on cleaning methods, chemicals, equipment, PPE, and security protocols, respond to emergency cleaning needs, arrange coverage for absences, and identify additional billable service opportunities.

Supervise on-site janitorial and porter staff, manage schedules and timekeeping, train employees on safety, PPE, cleaning protocols, equipment operation, and security. Serve as client point-of-contact, ensure quality standards, respond to emergency cleaning, maintain OSHA/SDS compliance, and seek additional billable work while supporting staff coverage as needed.

Provide site-level administrative, operational, and compliance support to Site Managers. Manage rosters, hours tracking, payroll inputs (Epay), recruitment/onboarding tasks, compliance reporting, and coordination with HR, TA, Finance, BIT and Network Ops. Maintain organized records, produce accurate weekly/monthly reports, support audits, and identify process improvements to standardize administrative workflows.
