Supervise and lead janitorial and porter staff at assigned locations, ensuring quality service, safety, schedule adherence, training on cleaning protocols and equipment, client liaison responsibilities, and occasional hands-on coverage or emergency response.

Serve as the engineering SME to generate and close new facilities engineering business in the Seattle/PACNW territory. Build strategic relationships, attend industry events, create customized proposals and RFP responses, price/estimate labor, negotiate contracts, collaborate with operations for delivery, maintain CRM, and provide competitive intelligence.

Supervise and direct crews to complete facility work orders safely and on time. Train employees, assign and schedule work, coordinate cross-team projects, estimate labor and material costs, track actuals in the work management system, enforce policies and safety, maintain inventory, and participate in sign layout and fabrication.
