Manage principals' business within assigned natural-channel customer accounts to achieve sales, merchandising, assortment, pricing, shelving and budget goals; develop customer business plans; engage decision-makers; manage trade funds and in-store presence; collaborate with retail teams and use Microsoft and web-based tools to drive results.

Support Business Manager and clients by coordinating day-to-day execution, reporting, and communication for promotions and field programs. Prepare client reports, analyze syndicated and internal data, manage service orders and project deliverables, review field submissions for quality, coordinate logistics, and assist with special projects to ensure consistent execution and client satisfaction.
