Support daily administrative and operational functions for a tax and financial services firm: client communication, workflow tracking, document management, basic IT liaison, billing support, appointment scheduling, and office maintenance. Ensure accuracy, deadline adherence, and smooth coordination between staff, leadership, and clients in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Manage complex business tax engagements (1120s, 1065s); serve as primary client contact; provide tax planning and guidance; assist with compilations/reviews; review junior staff work; handle tax notices and audits; and support workflow management during busy season.

Provide bookkeeping and month/year-end close support, prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports; assist with individual and business tax returns, payroll, quarterly filings, client communication, and support senior team members on engagements.

Lead the tax function delivering compliance, reporting, planning, and advisory services. Oversee complex engagements, manage audits and tax controversy, mentor a tax team, drive business development, and supervise corporate tax provision (ASC 740) and financial reporting.

Lead business accounting engagements including month‑end/year‑end close, financial statement preparation and review, payroll and reconciliations. Support/prepare tax returns, perform GAAP and tax research, advise clients, mentor staff, enforce quality control, and drive process improvements and firm initiatives.

Lead complex tax and accounting engagements, prepare and review advanced individual and business tax returns, perform tax research and planning, review financial statements and reconciliations, serve as primary client advisor, mentor staff, ensure quality control, and drive process improvements and firm‑wide initiatives to enhance efficiency and compliance.

Lead and oversee all tax functions including compliance, planning, provision (ASC 740), audits, and controversy. Manage and mentor tax staff, advise senior leadership and high-value clients, drive business development, and ensure technical and regulatory compliance across federal, state, local, and international tax matters.
