Provide accounting and tax support for small-business and individual clients: maintain general ledger, prepare journal entries, reconciliations, financial reports, assist with tax returns, payroll, quarterly filings, and client communication while supporting senior team members on engagements.

Lead complex tax and accounting engagements, prepare and review advanced individual and business tax returns, perform tax research and planning, review financial statements and reconciliations, serve as primary client advisor, mentor staff, ensure quality control, and drive process improvements and firm‑wide initiatives to enhance efficiency and compliance.
