Support contractor quality control for a federal Microsoft 365 program: maintain Quality Control Plan, monitor performance against PWS/QASP, review deliverables and documentation, track actions/issues/ corrective actions, support root-cause analysis and Section 508 review, coordinate with technical teams, and support bi-weekly/monthly reporting and CPARS evidence.

Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions. Build .NET and Power Platform applications (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse), customize SharePoint, create PowerShell automation, integrate systems, support tenant and environment configuration, monitor Dataverse performance, assist with POCs, user support, and status reporting.
