ARSIEM is looking for a self-starting, motivated Quality Assurance Analyst to support a federal Microsoft 365 Contractor Support Services program. The Quality Assurance Analyst will support contractor-side quality control, deliverable review, performance monitoring, reporting quality, corrective action tracking, and documentation compliance against the PWS, QASP, and Quality Control Plan. This position is primarily remote.
Responsibilities
- Support implementation and maintenance of the contractor’s Quality Control Plan.
- Monitor contractor performance against PWS requirements, deliverable schedules, quality standards, and QASP performance expectations.
- Review deliverables, reports, plans, schedules, technical documentation, and work products for accuracy, completeness, consistency, timeliness, and quality.
- Support development and quality review of the Project Management Plan, RACI chart, Integrated Master Schedule, transition-in documentation, transition-out documentation, GFE reports, status reports, and monthly consolidated reports.
- Track actions, issues, risks, mitigations, escalations, accomplishments, closures, customer feedback, and corrective actions.
- Support root cause analysis and non-recurrence tracking for defective, incomplete, late, or nonconforming work products.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure M365 deliverables and documentation align with contract requirements.
- Assist with Section 508 review of deliverables, as applicable.
- Maintain objective evidence supporting successful contract performance and CPARS outcomes.
- Support bi-weekly and monthly reporting activities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting Microsoft 365, IT service delivery, quality assurance, quality control, project controls, or technical documentation in a large corporate or government environment.
- Experience reviewing technical deliverables, project documentation, status reports, schedules, risks, and action-item tracking.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 cloud services, including SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Exchange Online, Teams, Power Platform, Copilot, Azure/Azure AD, Intune, and related services.
- Experience supporting quality control processes, performance metrics, corrective actions, or process improvement.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines across multiple deliverables.
- Ability to complete IRS MBI/security onboarding and required IRS security training.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting federal government contracts, QCP/QASP implementation, CPARS support, or performance-based service contracts.
- Experience with Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Teams, Power BI, Excel, and document control processes.
- Experience with Section 508 documentation review.
- Experience supporting M365 governance, compliance, or enterprise reporting.
