Lead design and implementation of a Kubernetes-based self-service platform, driving infrastructure-as-code, GitOps practices, datastore provisioning, observability, and architectural standards. Partner with application teams to resolve performance bottlenecks and build scalable, automated platform solutions for large-scale distributed systems.

Build and operate production-scale infrastructure for multimodal and video AI systems. Responsibilities include data and ingest pipelines, training and evaluation infrastructure, model inference and serving, vector retrieval, agentic orchestration, monitoring, security, and privacy. The role partners with research scientists, sets technical direction, mentors engineers, and scales reliable AI capabilities across cloud environments.

Lead architecture and design for highly available cloud services in an AI-first engineering environment. Drive adoption of AI-assisted development tools, mentor engineers, perform code and architecture reviews, and build scalable backend services with strong availability and latency requirements while collaborating with Product and Design.

Own Axon’s paid media strategy across search, social, programmatic, display, retargeting, YouTube, industry publications, and ABM channels. Build annual plans, manage budgets and pacing, optimize campaigns, conduct keyword research, integrate advertising platforms with CRM and analytics systems, and report on ROI. Develop conversion-focused copy, support landing-page optimization, collaborate with marketing and creative teams, and expand campaigns internationally while meeting privacy and platform requirements.

Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offers, partnering with hiring leaders across the business. Build talent pipelines, use recruiting platforms and data insights, manage high-volume searches, improve sourcing processes, deliver a strong candidate experience, and advance diversity, equity, and inclusion recruiting strategies. The role is hybrid in Seattle, with onsite work Tuesday through Friday.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate roles, from sourcing through offers, while partnering with hiring teams and executives. Build talent pipelines, manage high-volume requisitions, use recruiting data to improve strategies, and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the hiring process. Deliver a positive candidate experience, leverage sourcing tools, prioritize multiple searches, and cultivate relationships with business leaders and candidates.

Leads highly complex, company-level technical programs spanning R&D and business organizations. Defines strategy, technical direction, execution plans, success metrics, and accountability mechanisms for ambiguous, high-risk initiatives. Advises CTO- and executive-level stakeholders, coordinates multiple TPMs, manages architectural and operational risks, and drives scalability, reliability, and resilience. Establishes organization-wide program management standards, mentors senior technical leaders, and improves execution across teams and time zones.

Own complex, ambiguous technical programs spanning multiple teams from strategy through post-production. Translate business and technical problems into requirements, plans, milestones, dependencies, and measurable outcomes. Lead architecture and technical trade-off discussions focused on scalability, reliability, and maintainability. Manage risks, resources, schedules, stakeholder alignment, and executive communications while mentoring TPMs and building reusable program mechanisms.

Lead frontend architecture and client foundations for Axons Real-Time Operations platform. Define modular frontend systems, shared component libraries, build and delivery processes, and cross-cutting concerns (auth, observability, i18n, accessibility). Drive reliability, performance, and AI-assisted engineering practices, review designs, mentor senior engineers, and partner with product and design to deliver scalable, configurable client experiences across verticals and regions.

Owns tax technology and data management, including Snowflake tax data marts, SQL reporting layers, systems integrations, Vertex administration, e-invoicing, and Alteryx workflows. Partners with Tax, Finance, IT, and Business Systems to translate requirements into solutions, manage cross-functional initiatives, improve workflows with AI, and support global tax operations. The role requires strong systems architecture, project management, SQL, reporting, and tax or finance technology experience.

Leads Axon's product enablement function and a team of approximately eight across documentation, help content, release communications, localization, and AI-enabled content operations. Owns strategy, roadmap, governance, quality standards, stakeholder alignment, and delivery across product lines. Partners with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Support, Training, Marketing, and Professional Services to improve product adoption, support deflection, customer satisfaction, and content quality. Manages team performance, development, capacity, and organizational change.

Design, develop, test, and maintain embedded applications, networking configurations, supporting systems, and libraries for mission-critical connected devices. Lead architecture, design, and code reviews; collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams; improve development processes; integrate open-source technologies; ensure software quality, stability, and low latency; and mentor junior engineers.

Own and administer Axon’s global Google Workspace environment, including governance, security, identity, compliance, integrations, and migrations. Lead technical initiatives, escalated platform support, automation, and workflow improvements using APIs, Okta Workflows, ServiceNow, Slack, scripting, and low-code tools. Manage platform reliability, endpoint and SaaS systems, documentation, and operational runbooks while partnering with IT, Security, Legal, People Operations, and business stakeholders.

Serves as the primary finance partner to global Operations, providing financial insight, inventory analysis, tariff and cost modeling, cash flow forecasts, budgeting, variance reporting, and working capital analysis. Partners with supply chain, procurement, and manufacturing leaders to improve forecasting and reporting processes, identify cost risks, and present actionable recommendations to senior leadership.

Own product design for Axon Records, leading initiatives from research and discovery through prototyping, testing, and implementation. Partner with product managers, engineers, and designers to shape strategy, simplify complex enterprise workflows, and create multimodal mobile and desktop experiences. Conduct user research, communicate design decisions, and thoughtfully integrate transparent, trustworthy AI capabilities into products used by law enforcement.

Leads architecture, implementation, optimization, integration, reporting, and lifecycle delivery of finance solutions in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. Partners with finance, IT, data, and enterprise architecture stakeholders on financial processes, automation, AI, controls, and reporting. Advises leadership, supports audits and M&A activities, trains users, mentors analysts, and evaluates Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Azure, and related technologies for scalable finance operations.

Manage end-to-end order processing, including validation, bookings, amendments, corrections, releases, and complex issue resolution. Review contracts and pricing to maintain revenue integrity, conduct audits and quality checks, partner with Sales, Finance, Fulfillment, Product, and Customer Success, and support forecasting. Drive workflow optimization and automation, train junior analysts, and improve order-to-cash processes.

Own full-cycle recruiting for sales and go-to-market roles, from sourcing through closing. Partner with senior sales leaders to define hiring profiles, build diverse talent pipelines, guide data-informed decisions, improve recruiting strategies and workflows, and deliver a fast, respectful candidate experience. Manage multiple high-priority searches while influencing stakeholders and driving inclusive hiring outcomes.
