The Senior Site Reliability Engineer I will enhance Axon's observability platform, work on distributed tracing, log aggregation, and metrics infrastructure, and develop internal tools while collaborating with engineering teams.

Administer and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud across opportunity-to-cash processes. Responsibilities include user provisioning, access management, data loading and cleanup, environment deployments, Revenue Cloud configuration, troubleshooting quoting and QCP issues, cross-functional solution delivery, documentation, training, and continuous process improvement.

Serves as a strategic finance partner to Axon’s Next Markets sales teams, supporting forecasting, investment roadmaps, complex deal economics, pricing, market entry, and commercial strategy. Builds driver-based bookings forecasts, monitors KPIs, develops financial models and scenario analyses, and advises senior stakeholders across Finance, Sales, and Operations. The role requires strong commercial finance, FP&A, modeling, forecasting, and business-partnering expertise in a high-growth, global environment.

Design, build, and operate Axon’s internal AI platform, including LLM-powered chat, agents, APIs, enterprise connectors, and MCP integrations. Develop production deployment patterns, monitoring, auditing, security controls, and responsible AI guardrails. Evaluate cloud AI services, improve reliability and cost, and create architectures, starter kits, documentation, and training. Collaborate with data engineering, architecture, security, governance, and business teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.

Own operational readiness and productionization for internal AI-enabled tools: build and maintain CI/CD and IaC, support Vercel and multicloud deployments, improve monitoring, secrets and access controls, runbooks, and lifecycle standards. Partner with Corporate AI, IT, Security, and business teams to move prototypes to production and ensure reliability, security, and maintainability.

Own adoption and enablement programs for the Axon Fusus platform across internal teams and law enforcement customers. Develop curricula, training plans, readiness assessments, and quality processes; deliver instructor-led, scenario-based training; support post-deployment sustainment and escalations; track adoption outcomes; and use customer feedback and performance data to improve programs, workflows, and product usability. The role requires strong facilitation, technical credibility, cross-functional partnership, and frequent customer travel.

Own and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O across finance and supply chain modules. Translate business requirements into configurations, specifications, automations, and AI-powered workflows using Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure AI, and MCP integrations. Support financial reporting, month-end close, compliance, integrations, upgrades, testing, and release evaluations. Build KPI solutions, lead cross-functional discovery, maintain data integrity, and enable Finance and Supply Chain teams through documentation and training.

Designs and implements Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions supporting financial operations, reporting, integrations, automation, and AI adoption. Optimizes General Ledger, AP, AR, cash management, fixed assets, project accounting, consolidations, and revenue processes. Leads finance systems projects, stakeholder engagement, audits, M&A activities, training, documentation, and functional team mentorship. Advises finance leadership on ERP capabilities, Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, data governance, and emerging AI technologies.

Leads Axon’s Salesforce platform strategy, architecture, Quote-to-Cash transformation, AI enablement, governance, security, and DevOps maturity. Builds and manages teams of architects, developers, administrators, and analysts while partnering with executive stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Operations, and Customer Success. Owns platform roadmaps, budgets, vendor and Salesforce relationships, system integrator partnerships, licensing, delivery metrics, and business outcomes.

Leads Axon's Salesforce business technology platform and multi-year roadmap across CRM, CPQ, billing, service, AI, and enterprise integrations. Owns the Quote-to-Cash transformation, architecture, governance, security, DevOps maturity, budget, vendors, and Salesforce relationship. Builds and manages teams of architects, developers, administrators, and analysts while partnering with executive stakeholders across go-to-market, Finance, Operations, and IT to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Leads financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and P&L management for software products. Partners with Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Finance leadership on investment decisions, roadmap prioritization, pricing, capital allocation, and performance management. Develops software KPIs and dashboards, conducts variance analysis, supports revenue recognition and vendor negotiations, and improves scalable financial planning processes.

Supports monthly and quarterly close activities, GL consolidation, intercompany eliminations, reconciliations, journal entries, variance analysis, and SOX controls. Partners with FP&A, IT, Controllership, and auditors to improve financial reporting accuracy and efficiency. Helps implement OneStream, validate data, design processes, automate reporting, and drive finance transformation initiatives.

Design and develop firmware for AIoT products across SoCs, SoMs, and microcontrollers. Work on Embedded Linux/Android, RTOS, wireless (Wi‑Fi, BLE, Sub‑GHz, LTE/5G), power management, manufacturing provisioning, automated tests and board bring-up. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors, write design docs, adopt AI-assisted tooling, and mentor engineers to improve development practices and test/metrics-first engineering.

Manage end-to-end administration of equity plans (options, RSUs, PSUs), oversee XSP plan, coordinate with Payroll/Accounting/Tax/Legal, prepare SEC Forms 3/4, reconcile equity-related balance sheet accounts, automate processes, and support ad hoc equity reporting and stakeholder liaison duties.

Lead Axon’s global R&D talent acquisition: set hiring strategy, build and scale recruiting teams, partner with senior technical leaders, drive ATS and funnel discipline, improve candidate experience, and deliver measurable hiring outcomes.

Lead and define embedded software architecture across multiple device product lines. Drive strategic planning, enforce company-wide embedded standards, evaluate open-source technologies, mentor senior engineers, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable, secure firmware and device software.

As a Senior Software Embedded Engineer, you'll design and build edge video and IoT solutions, lead SDK development, and ensure system compatibility for Axon's hardware and software products.

Lead definition and delivery of software products for public safety agencies. Translate customer needs into requirements, prioritize roadmap trade-offs, partner with engineering and design, collect and analyze user feedback and usage data, and monitor product performance to drive improvements and alignment across stakeholders.

The Senior Account Executive will lead sales efforts in new verticals, build client relationships, and achieve revenue growth for Axon while collaborating with partners and stakeholders.
