Lead customer-facing technical implementation and integration projects for hospital systems from kickoff through go-live. Manage data extraction, transformation, loading, validation, reconciliation, infrastructure coordination, timelines, risks, escalations, and executive communications. Collaborate with customer IT teams and internal Implementation, Product, and Engineering groups while creating technical documentation and improving data pipelines and deployment processes.

Manage 10–20 strategic healthcare customers, build executive relationships, conduct business reviews, demonstrate ROI, improve product adoption, reduce churn, and drive renewals, upsells, and cross-sells. Develop three-year customer growth strategies, coordinate internal teams, provide consultative guidance, gather market intelligence, secure customer references, and communicate account health and expansion opportunities to leadership.

Own relationships with hospital customers, build executive partnerships, conduct business reviews, drive product adoption and measurable value, monitor customer health and NPS, manage escalations, support renewals, and identify growth opportunities. The role requires consultative communication, healthcare SaaS experience, data-driven customer success planning, and the ability to manage a large customer portfolio.
