Lead territory sales for integrated security, networking/cabling, and commercial AV solutions. Build and execute annual sales plans, pursue new and existing client relationships, present technical solutions, maintain CRM forecasts, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver complex integrated systems.

Design and review integrated low-voltage security systems (access control, IP video, intrusion, AV, DAS). Prepare drawings, wiring diagrams, construction documents, relay settings, equipment specs, and perform field surveys. Support sales and project teams, test products, deliver technical presentations, and mentor junior designers and engineers.

Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex security system integration projects for new construction. Scope, plan, budget, schedule, manage subcontractors, stakeholder communications, risk mitigation, commissioning, and client relationships to meet quality and financial targets. Supervise project teams, ensure safety and compliance, and drive repeat business and profitability.
