The Program Management Director oversees large capital projects, manages teams, communicates with stakeholders, and ensures successful program delivery for water and wastewater programs.

This role leads climate adaptation projects, developing strategies and implementation plans, enhancing organizational operations, mentoring staff, and engaging stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.

The Senior Control System Integration and Design Engineer will design, configure, and program ICS/OT systems and supervise control system commissioning. Responsibilities include SCADA/HMI design, networking, cybersecurity enforcement, and mentoring junior team members.

Perform and lead quantitative groundwater flow and contaminant transport modeling for remediation, permitting, and water resources projects. Develop model inputs, run numerical models, reduce field data, create geospatial and conceptual models, perform uncertainty and parameter estimation, produce technical reports and presentations, and contribute to digital solution development and client support.

Design, build, and maintain scalable data and AI platform infrastructure including ETL pipelines, data warehouses/lakes, data modeling, SQL/Python development, and production MLOps/LLMOps (RAG, vector search, embeddings). Partner with data scientists, cloud architects, and engineers to ensure secure, observable, and auditable AI-enabled solutions and troubleshoot data quality and performance issues. Mentor junior staff.

Develop and apply quantitative groundwater-surface water models and digital solutions. Perform data reduction, geologic cross sections, pumping test analyses, model input preparation, groundwater flow and contaminant transport modeling, GIS mapping, uncertainty analysis, technical reporting, and client communication while collaborating with senior staff and supporting remediation, permitting, and water resources projects.

Lead IT procurement and contracting for Digital Services: run RFx/RFPs, draft and negotiate contracts, manage renewals, oversee software licensing and vendor relationships, maintain procurement records, resolve disputes, and mentor junior staff.

The Process Mechanical Designer will assist in the design of mechanical piping and equipment layouts for water and wastewater facilities, ensure accuracy in project specifications, and develop detailed mechanical drawings.

The Air Technical Consultant will provide technical leadership in air permitting and compliance, develop standards, engage with clients, and mentor staff, ensuring high-quality project delivery.

The Senior Engineer will deliver environmental engineering solutions focused on thickening and dewatering, conduct analyses, design systems, and mentor junior staff.
