How long have you been with Crexi? What made you know it was the right spot for you?

I’ve been at Crexi for a year now. I generally look for two things in prospective employers — and Crexi got top marks for both — mission and leadership. There’s a tremendous amount of value in the commercial real estate market and the efficiency Crexi unlocks has a huge impact. I want a leadership team I can learn from, and Crexi’s team has that in spades.

What’s your favorite part about your office?

The atmosphere. The energy in the office is tangible and positive. People are extremely friendly and supportive. During the Covid-19 pandemic, I learned how much that matters to me.

Describe Crexi’s company culture in one word. What made you pick that word?

Innovative. I chose this word because Crexi continually strives to push the boundaries of what’s possible in the commercial real estate industry. 

Describe your sales team culture in one word. Why did you choose that word?
Passionate. Our sales team brings enthusiasm to the office, to each other and to our customers every single day. We care about the impact we’re making on one another and our clients.

What are your team’s traditions or growth opportunities? How do these traditions help team members connect, evolve and stay motivated?
We’re a competitive bunch, which fosters a strong work ethic and we’re always running fun internal competitions. At the same time, we prioritize teamwork and camaraderie so we consistently share best practices and ways for each other to improve. We maintain an internal growth model so the majority of our top AEs and even managers started as SDRs with Crexi.

How does a strong team culture make you feel more connected to your day-to-day work?
The energy and excitement my colleagues bring to the table every day reminds me and our team that we’re in this together. Of course there are days we don’t want to pick up the phone, jump on Zoom or make that meeting, but we show up for one another. We genuinely enjoy working together and it’s inspiring to know we’re making a real difference in the CRE industry.
