Lead a distributed team while remaining 70% hands-on in designing, coding, deploying, and architecting Cyderes’ next-generation cybersecurity portal. Build scalable multi-tenant web applications, APIs, dashboards, and workflow capabilities using React, TypeScript, AWS, and backend languages such as Python, Java, or Go. Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, guide architecture, improve AI-assisted development practices, and integrate MDR and Meridian capabilities.

Lead customer incident response engagements, performing triage, forensic artifact analysis, threat hunting, evidence preservation, remediation guidance, and incident reporting. Investigate endpoint, network, cloud, memory, and malware evidence using EDR, SIEM, and forensic tools. Coordinate response teams, communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, improve incident response services, and coach junior responders.

Own the roadmap, lifecycle, adoption, and reliability of Cyderes’ internal agentic AI harness. Build and evaluate agents and reusable skills, develop prototypes and production code, manage AI tools, and partner with Engineering, Security, UX, and product leadership. Define metrics, safety controls, cost and latency management, rollout plans, and portfolio decisions while improving workflows and operational outcomes.
