Conduct full-cycle recruiting for clerical, technical, administrative, management, and limited temporary roles. Responsibilities include developing sourcing strategies, screening and interviewing candidates, verifying references, recommending hires, delivering offers, negotiating salaries, partnering with hiring managers, managing ATS records, tracking recruiting metrics, supporting employer branding, and providing recruiting team guidance when needed.

Develops, configures, and validates software automation frameworks and test equipment for satellite hardware testing. Responsibilities include debugging timing and synchronization issues, validating software-hardware interfaces, creating automated regression suites, integrating rack automation with electrical and mechanical systems, and maintaining logging, traceability, auditability, and documentation. The role requires onsite lab work in Redmond, Washington.

Coordinates logistics, shipments, orders, schedules, documentation, customer communications, vendor relationships, and project reporting across multiple engagements. Supports Project Managers with issue resolution, budget-related purchase order tracking, cross-team coordination, and delivery workflow improvements. Provides informal guidance to junior coordinators and ensures projects remain on schedule while maintaining professional client service.
