Summary of Position:
The Recruiter I, is responsible for full life-cycle recruiting: recruiting, screening, and recommending placement of applicants for clerical, technical administrative and management positions throughout the company by using creative sourcing methods (internal and external).

Essential Functions:
•Partner with hiring managers to deliver best-in-class recruiting
•Develop talent acquisition strategies to ensure overriding company business objectives and goals are met. Strategies should include a variety of channels including the use of job boards, social media platforms, events, employee referrals, and networking
•Source, screen, and identify qualified candidates within Service Level Agreements and Recruiting Metrics. Roles will be for internal Denali teams, as well as a small percentage of temporary, temporary to hire, or direct hire opportunities
•Makes recommendations for hire (or not hire) and delivers employment offers for both exempt and nonexempt position openings
•Determine applicant qualifications by conducting detailed applicant interviews, analyzing responses, verifying references, comparing qualifications to job requirements
•Serves as an expert for recruiting candidates within an assigned territory
•Uses traditional and nontraditional resources, such as career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, etc., to identify and attract quality candidates
•Develops advertising programs (internal and external) to ensure high visibility with potential candidates
•Communicates important employment information during delivery of employment offers (e.g., benefits, compensation, noncompete agreements)
•Follows up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding recruiting process
•Perform necessary candidate tracking activity in Applicant Tracking System and other miscellaneous systematic activities as needed
•Participate in Denali Advanced Integration events
•Contribute to the company’s social media content (LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook)
•Collaborate and influence peers and hiring managers to effectively manage and adjust recruiting strategies to meet priorities
•Display a passion for technology and analytics and enthusiasm to share learnings and insights with others in an easy-to-understand and compelling style
•As needed, enjoy being hands-on, digging into data and developing predictive recruiting team metrics and reporting that educate and drive performance
•As needed, prepare, manage and utilize recruiting metrics that will drive key decisions and provide solutions that will positively impact the business' key objectives
•As needed, assist with team leadership and help maximize the team's strengths and experience for top performance
•In the absence of the Recruiting Manager, attend meetings, provide reporting, provide recruiting team guidance, support, advocacy and direction to the recruiting coordinator and the staff of other recruiters

Work Environment:
This position is based in a professional office setting and regularly utilizes workplace technology, including computers, smartphones, multifunction printers, cloud-based filing systems, and collaboration tools.

Physical Demands:
This role requires physical capabilities that support the successful execution of key responsibilities. The employee regularly engages in verbal and written communication with colleagues and clients to address project-related inquiries and must be able to convey accurate information clearly and efficiently. The position involves remaining seated at a workstation for approximately 75% of the time, with occasional movement throughout the office to access equipment, supplies, and shared resources. Daily tasks include consistent use of computers and standard office technology such as keyboards, printers, and multifunction devices. The role also involves transporting equipment boxes weighing up to 25 pounds within the building and to other offsite locations as needed for project support.

Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Labor Management or Organizational Behavior is desired.2+ years

Qualifications:
•Must be able to demonstrate an aptitude for technology and experience maximizing recruitment systems and data. Experience with administering an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) highly desired
•Must have a strong commitment to excellence and burning desire to meet Recruiting SLAs and Recruiting Metrics
•Proven ability to work across the organization to achieve results, and has ideally worked in a large organization requiring interaction within multiple business units
•2+ years of Corporate Recruiting experience is REQUIRED
•1+ year of Technical Recruiting is highly desired
•1+ year of Staffing Recruiting is highly desired
•Typing 45+ WPM
•2+ years of client management experience, with strong credibility, presence, and the ability to influence executives and provide consultative services
•2+ years of experience providing fact-based assessments of talent to provide clear recommendations
•2+ years of experience deftly managing salary negotiations from pre-qualifying to "close"
•Must maintain and exude a strong sense of integrity
•Must be a team player and have the ability to be flexible and adaptable to rapid change
•Must possess considerable skill in interviewing techniques, a good knowledge of all positions within the company, a basic understanding of the company’s organizational structure as well as extensive knowledge of personnel policy and procedure and federal and state laws regarding employment practices

Compensation
