Lead full-cycle accounting for a multi-unit restaurant group: accounts payable/receivable, GL, bank reconciliations, month- and year-end close, financial reporting, cash flow forecasting, inventory and cost accounting, SOP development, audits, and cross-functional coordination across multi-entity, multi-location operations.

Manage full accounts payable cycle: verify, code, and process invoices; run weekly payments; maintain vendor records and W9s; reconcile AP accounts and credit cards; prepare accruals, 1099s, and audit documentation; ensure policy compliance.

Support accounting operations for a multi-location restaurant chain: prepare financial statements, maintain general ledger, perform reconciliations, analyze expenses and budgets, assist with tax compliance, and support external audits. Provide financial reporting and insights to management.

Manage full accounts payable cycle: process and code invoices, run weekly payments, maintain vendor records and W9s, reconcile AP and credit card statements, prepare month/year-end reconciliations and accrued payable entries, assist audits, produce 1099 reports, and respond to vendor inquiries while ensuring policy compliance and data confidentiality.

Post and manage walk-in candidate submissions when no open position exists, track candidates through hiring stages, and facilitate sending offer letters.
