Help new Dynatrace customers adopt Digital Experience capabilities (Synthetic Monitoring, RUM, Session Replay). Perform data-driven analysis, create concise enablement and investigation deliverables, prioritize customer onboarding activities, drive usage expansion, and collaborate with account teams while communicating findings to technical and business stakeholders.

Own and optimize the end-to-end marketing technology stack: roadmap, tool selection, implementations, integrations, documentation, governance, and performance metrics. Partner with IT, Sales Ops, Analytics, and Legal to ensure data flows, adoption, and ROI while supporting onboarding and ongoing optimization.

Serve as a Senior Data Analytics Consultant specializing in Dynatrace and observability to analyze digital experience data, produce dashboards and reports, advise 4–8 enterprise clients, present findings to technical and executive audiences, configure tooling, influence product roadmap, and support client enablement and account growth.
