Own sourcing and procurement for ingredients, packaging, and branded merchandise. Responsibilities include qualifying suppliers, managing RFQs and purchase orders, negotiating pricing and terms, tracking landed costs, coordinating quality and compliance documentation, building purchasing plans, managing supplier performance, and identifying cost savings. The role partners with Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, Marketing, and Retail in a fast-moving, fully remote environment.

Own day-to-day supply chain execution, including inventory planning, purchasing support, supplier performance, production scheduling, co-manufacturer coordination, inventory reconciliation, cycle counting, traceability, and write-offs. Build planning models, support S&OP, monitor supply risks and production costs, maintain supplier records, and ensure material availability across suppliers, co-manufacturers, and 3PLs.

Own FP&A for a fast-growing, multichannel CPG business, including DTC modeling, retail P&L, channel profitability, cash flow forecasting, variance reviews, investment modeling, and planning infrastructure. Partner with Marketing, Product, Retail, and Operations leadership; support board and investor reporting; and mentor FP&A team members.
