ABOUT EVERYDAY DOSE

Everyday Dose is a functional coffee company on a mission to help people feel better, think clearer, and perform at their best, without the crash that comes with regular coffee. We're a fast-growing, nine-figure D2C brand with a loyal, high-retention subscriber base, and we're scaling our retention function to match our ambitions.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're hiring a Head of FP&A to own forecasting, cash flow, and channel economics across a fast-growing, multi-channel business. You'll report to the SVP of Finance, lead our FP&A team, and act as the finance partner to Marketing, Product, Retail, and Ops leadership. We're looking for someone who genuinely loves working in the data, not just reporting on it, who's comfortable operating with ambiguity and incomplete information, and who's energized by turning raw numbers into clear, actionable insight. You'll also be the person who takes our planning cycles from ad hoc to scalable and repeatable, building processes that hold up as we grow. This role is a fully remote role with headquarters in Austin, TX.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

  • DTC financial modeling: cohort, CAC/LTV, and retention-driven revenue forecasting
  • Retail P&L, consumption planning & trade forecast: including trade performance and promotional forecasting
  • Channel profitability: analyze profitability by SKU, channel, and account to guide pricing, trade, and investment decisions
  • Cash flow & liquidity forecasting: the weekly and monthly cash model, end to end
  • Cross-functional BVA & forecast reviews: a recurring cadence with Marketing, Retail, and Ops leads, turning variance into clear drivers and next steps, not just a report-out
  • New product & channel investment modeling: build or gut-check the financial case for new launches, channel expansion, and other growth bets, partnering with cross-functional teams
  • Process & planning infrastructure: build scalable, repeatable processes that bring accuracy and speed to every planning cycle, not just this year's fire drill
  • Contribute to Board & investor reporting
  • Mentorship: help grow the team's skills and capabilities as the function matures

Requirements

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 7 to 10 years of FP&A experience, omni-channel CPG strongly preferred
  • Track record of building scalable, repeatable planning processes, not just one-off models
  • Comfortable working directly in a modern data warehouse plus a BI tool
  • Genuine fluency using AI tools to accelerate analysis and modeling
  • Experience mentoring and developing team members
  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication, comfortable presenting to leadership

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience with Metabase, Looker, Drivepoint or a similar FP&A/BI platform
  • Comfortable writing code or scripts beyond SQL to speed up analysis
  • Exposure to a transaction process: M&A, PE-backed diligence, or QoE

Benefits

COMPENSATION RANGE

The typical salary range for this position is: $165,000 - $185,000, plus variable compensation (bonus and equity).

The actual salary offer will take into account multiple factors including skills, experience, education and location. Please note that the salary details listed in role postings reflect the base salary only, not total compensation, which includes equity and benefits.

Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance

Everyday Dose offers comprehensive medical, vision, dental, and prescription plan coverage for all team members working 32+ hours per week. Eligibility begins on the first of the month following your start date, and we cover 75% of employee premiums.

401K Match

Starting on the first day of your fourth month with the company, you are eligible to participate in our company-sponsored 401(k) plan. The company offers a match of up to 80% of your contributions, capped at 5% of your salary.

Flexible Wellness Credits

At Everyday Dose, we prioritize your health and well-being. To support you, we provide salaried employees a $500 monthly wellness credit through JOON, which can be used for a variety of health and wellness-related services.

Helpr Support for Families

At Everyday Dose, we know that supporting our team means supporting their families too. That’s why we partner with Helpr — a modern backup childcare and family support platform that gives employees access to vetted, reliable caregivers. Helpr is here to make sure our team has trusted childcare support when they need it most — at home and at work.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
