Process and maintain accurate payroll data using Dayforce; verify timesheets; compute withholdings and deductions; run payroll reports; research tax issues; respond to employment verifications; create/update payroll manuals; file/scan documents; troubleshoot payroll issues and communicate with employees and managers.

Provide senior legal counsel on global compliance programs, including sanctions, export controls, anti-corruption, investigations, and government inquiries; design policies and controls; lead training; partner with Audit and Finance; manage outside counsel and remediation; advise leadership and support continuous improvement. Occasional international travel required.

The Senior Corporate Counsel, Compliance will advise on compliance issues, oversee global compliance programs, and lead regulatory matters, aligning with company leadership.
