Maintains accurate and confidential payroll data, verifies timesheets, processes personnel changes in Dayforce, researches tax issues, calculates deductions, handles employment verification requests, distributes payroll reports, updates processing manuals, troubleshoots issues, supports employees and managers, and improves payroll processes.

Leads a software engineering team responsible for the enterprise document management ecosystem. Oversees legacy applications, cloud modernization to Azure, AI-enabled document processing, operational reliability, automation, roadmap planning, vendor collaboration, and technical delivery. Develops team talent, guides architecture and engineering practices, participates in coding and code reviews, manages priorities and resources, and drives migration toward a modern cloud-native document platform.

Provide in-house commercial and corporate contracting support focused on sell-side customer agreements. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts; identify and mitigate legal and commercial risk; create templates/playbooks; manage outside counsel; support banking/credit agreements and dispute management; partner with Sales, Finance, Product and global teams to enable business growth.

Lead design, oversight, and continuous improvement of a global compliance program. Advise executives and business teams on international laws (sanctions, export controls, anti-corruption, antitrust, AI), manage investigations, audits, subpoenas, and outside counsel, partner with Internal Audit and Finance, create policies and controls, deliver training, lead cross-functional compliance initiatives, and supervise and develop a compliance team. Travel 5–15%.

Provide practical, business-focused legal support across entity management, treasury/banking, and litigation/dispute management for a global logistics company. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements; develop templates and playbooks; manage outside counsel; partner with finance, product, operations, and other stakeholders to identify and mitigate legal risk and drive process improvements across 100+ legal entities.

Provide in-house legal support for commercial contracting, privacy/data protection, government and regulated-industry contracts, and corporate governance. Draft, negotiate, advise business teams, manage outside counsel, develop templates/playbooks, and support cross-functional initiatives to balance legal risk with commercial objectives.
