Lead digital product strategy and roadmap for software interfacing with hardware in energy/grid contexts. Gather VOC, define PRDs, prioritize telemetry and data requirements, ensure regulatory compliance (DERMS, FERC 2222), develop monetization and pricing strategies, support launches, and collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, sales, and marketing to drive product profitability and performance.

Perform electrical power, PV and low-voltage system design for renewable construction projects from concept through completion. Create calculations, technical drawings, one-line diagrams, cable routing, grounding design, and equipment specifications. Use AutoCAD and engineering software (CYMCAP, ETAP, AmpCalc, WinIGS), conduct field surveys and inspections, ensure NEC/code compliance, and mentor junior engineers.

Support planning, coordination, and oversight of EPC construction projects. Manage subcontractor scheduling, material coordination, QA/QC inspections, documentation, project closeout, and site engagement while maintaining safety standards and timelines.
