Own and execute sales performance reporting and pipeline/forecast analytics for SaaS KPIs. Design and maintain BI dashboards (DOMO preferred), automate data feeds and alerts, troubleshoot data discrepancies, perform ad-hoc analyses, and present actionable insights to sales leadership and executives to optimize pipeline, forecasting, and rep performance.

Execute feature-level product work for AI-driven legal platform LOIS: write user stories, groom backlogs, partner with engineering and UX, run UAT, perform customer research, and support go-to-market materials for deposition summaries, goal tracking, and real-time AI features.

Lead and grow a team of 6–12 software engineers, drive project execution from planning to delivery, maintain technical standards and architecture, collaborate with Product and Design, conduct performance management and career development, recruit and retain talent, and improve engineering processes and team culture.
