Acquire and manage SBA loan customers through internal and external referrals. Educate lenders on SBA programs, qualify and structure loan requests, prepare underwriting summaries, drive business development, represent the bank in the community, and ensure compliance with bank policies and SBA SOPs.

Serve as strategic HR partner to lending and retail leaders in DFW and Central Texas. Provide employee relations, recruitment, performance management, compensation, benefits support, conduct investigations, advise managers on policy and compliance, deliver HR training, prepare unemployment responses, and support HR initiatives and metrics.

Serve as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and AI delivery teams: identify and prioritize AI opportunities, design human-centered AI experiences, manage end-to-end delivery and adoption, translate experience requirements for engineering, ensure governance and compliance, and mature AI delivery standards and practices.
