Partner with engineering, design, commercial, planning, and operations teams across global locations to translate logistics workflows into intuitive user-facing and operator-facing systems.

Own the Commerce product area at Flexport, defining 12–18-month roadmaps and delivering features for quoting, billing, invoicing, payments, and logistics workflows. Build intelligent AI agents, improve automation and profitability, partner with engineering, design, sales, and operations teams, and use SQL, analytics frameworks, and quantitative insights to prioritize initiatives and measure outcomes. Collaborate globally with teams in the US and China to create intuitive products for logistics operators and clients.

Own product strategy, vision, and roadmap for Flexport’s Commerce domain across quoting, billing, invoicing, payments, automation, and cost intelligence. Lead multiple engineering teams, use SQL and metrics to guide investment, align cross-functional stakeholders, influence leadership decisions, and mentor product managers. Collaborate globally with teams in the United States and China to deliver integrated commerce experiences for logistics clients and operators.
