Collaborates with Product Management and Engineering, synthesizes research into insights, develops design deliverables, and presents concepts to stakeholders. The internship provides hands-on experience in human-centered product design, emerging AI-enabled experiences, and design systems.

Research and prototype foundational-model and generative-AI solutions for electric-grid operations. Responsibilities include evaluating large language models, analyzing power-system datasets and engineering documents, developing intelligent search and decision-support proofs of concept, collaborating with power-system and AI experts, documenting findings, and presenting technical recommendations.

Leads complex, high-impact recruiting searches for sales, project management, business development, and product management roles. Advises senior leaders on hiring strategy, compensation, negotiations, and workforce planning. Builds talent pipelines, analyzes recruitment data, improves processes, mentors recruiters, evaluates AI recruiting tools, represents the employer brand, and maintains accurate ATS records.
