Own go-to-market and product marketing for GoDaddy’s financial services offerings, including capital, instant payouts, business banking, debit cards, and insurance. Develop positioning, pricing, packaging, lifecycle campaigns, audience segments, experiments, customer research, and launch strategies. Partner with product, sales, and partner teams to drive adoption, engagement, cross-sell opportunities, and revenue growth among small business customers.

Owns the full lifecycle and roadmap for point-of-sale payment hardware, including proprietary and third-party terminals, accessories, device operating systems, and checkout experiences. Manages OEM/ODM and supplier relationships, product requirements, development and certification cycles, payments functionality, and business outcomes such as cost, margin, NPS, churn, and competitive performance.

Secure, operate, and modernize enterprise directory services across Windows and Linux environments. Manage Active Directory, DNS, certificate services, authentication, replication, and Linux integrations. Investigate complex identity issues, implement hardening and privileged access controls, improve monitoring and audit readiness, and develop automation, standards, and runbooks. Collaborate with security, infrastructure, cloud, and application teams to strengthen resilience and reduce operational risk.
